Are there any marijuana advocacy groups or free legal help in the State of Iowa?

Last summer I got pulled over in Iowa and got a ticket for possession of a minuscule amount of weed, and paraphernalia. I haven't done anything about it yet, as I was moving across the country with no money at the time, and had no way to stay in the state to face my charges. I want to go back and deal with it, but I am afraid of what will happen. I am wondering if there are any groups in the state that help people who have minor drug charges.
