1 of my 4 week old rabbits hasn't yet opened it's eyes, HELP!?

Mummy should have been fixed and the baby is ill because it's been a month and he/she still hasn't opened his/her eyes - they're meant to open it at 10 days (average) or 14 days (maximum)...
