Is Elvish a recognized language?

I don't think it is, since there is not enough of each dialect (like types of Klingon and the Ancient Language (Eragon)) to denote language patterns. It is interesting to learn, and the site (below) has a phrase list, just in case you want to tell your friend "Nostach be Orch gaer!", which means "You smell like ten orcs!". Just read the pronunciation guide first. It sounds like Gaelic, Hindi, Latin, and Italian all put together. It sounds beautiful.
