Is Golden Age of Islam a HOAX.?

No doubt that they thing that allowed the Muslim golden age to take place so quickly was borrowed wisdom. The fact that they studied the clics does not take away from what they did in moving forward from that base. At the same time Christians were burning books, deriding knowledge as evil, and living like pigs in a sty. If it weren't for the Muslims, the christian dark ages would still be going on.
