Numb/tingling scalp, black flashes, dizziness, lots of burping?

I've been having digestive issues recently (indigestion), LOTS of gas in terms of burping (no flatulence). I get nasal congestion and a runny nose after meals, I've also noticed that after meals its hard to breath, until I burp, then I feel better, I went to a hookah lounge with a friend and after a medium sized meal we smoked a little hookah, I was in a conversation and I began to get really quick black flashes, about twice, my scalp went numb, I felt a little bit but not like normal, it felt numb, and then tingling in the back of my head, I kept rubbing my scalp and my friend thought I was crazy, my right thumb started twitching inward (toward my pinky), then it stopped, I felt like I was going to p out, I stopped smoking, burped a little and felt better but it took hours to feel "normal" again, last night I woke up in the middle of the night on my back with my feet completely numb, then I moved around and I gained feeling again and fell asleep, another night I woke up with my right arm under my pillow and that arm and the right side of my scalp completely numb but feeling came back, what is all this? I've been to the doc about the digestive stuff, gave me librax, and nexium, stomach feels a bit better, still burping though but not as much, but all the numbness stuff is making me think theres something neurological going on, then again, burping makes me feel better, is this all connected or seperate issues? what could all this be? PLEASE DON'T BOTHER TO JUST SAY "SEE A DOCTOR"
