Will I be denied a security clearance?

It shouldn't be enough to deny you a clearance. What you most likely will have to do is sit down with a background investigator and discuss the accounts just to provide some additional information about how they became delinquent. The investigator will write up his report and submit it for review -- you should have no problems.
