Wrestling? Ways to cut weight and keep it off?

go to walmart and get a suana suit. With this run daily but be careful. Its amazing you get done and open the sleaves and the sweat pours out. Gross but cool. Also eat tons of tuna. Lean meat chicken pork tuna. Not fried. Veggies...green ones. Why i say be careful is because you sweat ALOT! Try not to eat any complex carbs after 6 at night. try to keep as much sugar out of your body as possible. hope this helps good luck.
