Is it legal for my Employer to not pay me overtime if i've worked more that 40 hours per week (80hours per qua?

My Employer does not pay overtime to any of its employees no matter how many work hours they work. Hours after 80 (quoter) are still paid by straight time with no time-and-half. I live in Florida, I'm a Simulator Technician, I'm not salary. Is this illegal or is there any loop hole in the law that i dont know about?
