You sound very uneducated yourself,I work at Toledo Jeep Wrangler embly and know a lot of people who have gone to college and are still continuing their education while working.What is wrong with the UAW asking for some job security?What do you mean they don't have a hot selling vehicle,their truck is the #2 selling vehicle in the US.Instead of spouting off why don't you educate yourself first.
