Does my ex still love me? Advice?

Ok I'm MADLY in love with my 2 time ex girlfriend. I unfortunayly dumped her twice. I asked hr for hr numbah one day n she sed shed give it to me the next day cuz she was busy but the whole time we stared into another's eyes n I was lost in wat to say. Oh n we were alone dnt know if it matters. The next day was valentines day n I ****** forgot to give her something so I ddnt ask he for her number. The following day I asked her for her number while her friend was around n she sed she couldnt give it to me cuz her folks are strict and she woodenly even look at me. She looked sad. But every now m then I catch her staring at me n she n her friends walk by every so often infront of where I'm hanging out. Dus she like me???! Wat should I do??? Advice please!!!!
