Can the district attorneys office legalize our relationship?

i am 15 and i am dating a 18 year old we started dating when i was 14 and he was 17 we had 3 times i live in machusetts the Dumas mediator i thought i could trust wrote to the dss that i was dating a 18 year old and now they are trying to investigate and send off what the mediator said to the district attorneys office.Both of my parents and both of his parents accept our relationship and my parents love my boyfriend (even thought they are scared of the age difference ) they treat him as their son and his parents adore me too..Can they legalize this relationship if both parents accept our relationship ?
